StreamX is a modern IPTV player built for Apple users, offering a sleek and intuitive way to watch live TV, movies, and series. My responsibility was to create a seamless experience across all devices while balancing simplicity, speed, and advanced functionality.

Most IPTV apps feel outdated, cluttered, or overly complicated. Users face:

Complex onboarding and playlist setup.

Clunky interfaces that don’t feel native to Apple platforms.

Lack of advanced features like multi-screen viewing, profiles, or sync.

The client wanted a clean, premium design that worked seamlessly across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS, an app that would feel like it was designed by Apple.

Simplicity: Reduce setup and navigation friction.

Consistency: Create a unified design system across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.

Feature-Rich but Intuitive: Incorporate advanced features like EPG, multi-screen, and parental controls without overwhelming the user.

Premium Dark-Mode Design: Leverage the warm brand palette (#FBA03E gradient with #E37224) on a dark UI for a cinematic feel.

Studied leading IPTV apps (UHF, Swiptv) for competitive analysis.

Conducted lightweight user interviews to understand frustrations with existing IPTV apps.

Designed clear flows for onboarding, playlist import, and content browsing.

Created an information hierarchy for Live TV, VOD, Series, Search, and Profiles.

Low-fidelity wireframes mapped the experience for each device.

Special attention given to EPG navigation on iPad/Apple TV and compact layouts on iPhone.

Designed a dark and light mode UI with vibrant orange gradients for CTAs.
