Arden Counselling is a walk-and-talk counselling practice in Cairns, Queensland, they reached out needing a brand identity before it had opened its doors. Arden takes therapy out of the clinic room and into nature, with sessions that move through real locations around the city. Led by registered counsellor Lizzie Reeves, whose background in nursing and teaching shapes a grounded, professional approach, the practice needed an identity that felt calm and trustworthy without leaning on the soft, familiar language of the category. It had to work across every touchpoint, from a business card to a website, and signal depth without sentiment.
