I have created an automated integration solution that provides seamless candidate data synchronization between recruitment agency and client using JIRA application.

Both parties were using separate JIRA workflows for processing of applications. Recruitment agency had to manually email candidate profile and documents to clients. This required duplicate data entry on the client's side, while status updates were communicated through emails or phone calls, creating inefficiencies and delays.

When a candidate reaches a specific qualification stage in the agency's system, their complete profile automatically synchronizes with the client's JIRA instance. Additionally, client-side status updates automatically sync back to the agency's system daily, ensuring real-time alignment between both parties.
