As part of my training in the Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Professional Certificate program, I created a social media presence for ZionsClick Cleaning Services. This project allowed me to apply and refine skills in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
Facebook Business Page Setup: Designed and optimized a professional business page with compelling visuals, service descriptions, and contact information.
Instagram Integration: Linked the Facebook page to Instagram to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
Content Strategy: Created and posted engaging content, including promotional posts, customer testimonials, and service highlights, using Canva for visually appealing designs.
Engagement and Growth: Interacted with followers through comments and direct messages, building a sense of community and trust.
Insights Analysis: Used platform analytics to track engagement metrics and refine posting strategies.
Key Outcomes:
