Introduction:
The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs (ABGLP) began in 1996 with the objective of building versatile next generation leaders for the Aditya Birla Group. Over the last two decades, the leadership programs have been through a series of revitalising transformations to meet the demands and requirements of the Group. The Group Management Trainee Program evolved into the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program in 2007, which was later diversified with the introduction of Functional Programs for Human Resources and Finance.

Background:
ABGLP India's existing website had become outdated, cluttered, and lacked responsiveness across various devices. It failed to effectively showcase its leadership courses and provide an intuitive user journey. The objectives of the redesign were to create a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing website that would strengthen the company's online presence and also attract the youth which were their primary targets.
