I designed Orario, a workforce

I designed Orario, a workforce operations platform for Spanish businesses. It centralizes clock-in and clock-out, breaks, shifts, absences, vacations, employee records, commissions and management reporting. I defined the employee and administrator workflows, built the product in Base44 and tested the complete journey from account setup and daily time tracking to reports and data exports.
