The NGO was struggling with a WordPress site where Projects, News, and Research were all lumped into a single blog feed. This made it impossible for users to find impact reports and for the staff to manage content.

The Solution

I transitioned the organization to a structured Content Infrastructure.
Information Architecture: Reorganized years of data into three distinct silos: Projects, Research, and News, making the NGO's impact searchable and clear.
Custom Dashboard: Created a tailored Sanity.io studio with specific schemas. Instead of a "blank page" editor, the staff now has specific fields for "Location," "Year," and "Collaborators."
Future-Proof Tech: Replaced the heavy WordPress theme with a lightweight Next.js frontend, significantly reducing load times for international users.

The Impact

Operational Efficiency: Reduced the time it takes for non-technical staff to publish a project update by 50%.
Transparency: The organized structure allowed donors to clearly see the NGO’s history of work, increasing the organization's credibility.
