To connect coachvox.ai agent to Kit and collect users as email subscribers. Once added to Kit, each subscriber must be subscribed to the relevant automations and drip-fed the associated email sequences.

This project was for a client who has integrated AI agent on his Webflow website. The AI agent used is coachvox.ai. Interested web visitors are encouraged to use the free AI tool to help them improve as a business leader (the customer is a well renowned and respected international business coach).

When web visitors start using the AI agent, they are asked to supply their name and email address, which is the captured and transferred to Kit as either a new subscriber or have their profile updated, as an existing subscriber.

The logic to determine whether they are new or existing is done inside Zapier, and then the appropriate tag is sent to Kit so they can then be filtered into the relevant automation.

Design and build a Zapier 'zap' that detects new subscribers and sends their data (e.g. name, email address, current need/interest, etc.) to Kit.

Design and build a Visual Automation in Kit to navigate each subscriber down the appropriate route (using conditional logic), sending emails, applying tags, and tracking in-email activity, with a CTA of booking a coaching call.

Build an automation to track booked appointments via a feed from the calendar app Calendly (via a connection in Zapier).

Create 4 x nurture email sequences, each with 14 emails.

Design and create 4 email templates.

Design and create 4 product logos for the email templates.
