CustomGPT is a B2B platform for deploying custom AI agents / chatbots on websites to reduce customer support expenses.
The Project
The team was about to deploy a major update and needed to ensure the documentation was ready.
Initial Project Deliverables
I tested the main user flows and created a complete list of all the gaps and issues in the documentation, along with actionable suggestions.
Additional Work
The client carefully studied the list of issues and suggestions and requested further work:
User guide restructuring.
Updated front page design for the entire documentation.
A style guide and a help page template, so the team can write new content in a consistent fashion.
One help page rewritten as an example of applying the style guide and the page template.
