Afford Health is a one-minute explainer video depicting Mary's journey with medical expenses and how the Afford Health app helps her. As the visual designer, I focused on translating the script into a compelling visual story that matched the voice-over.

I started by carefully analyzing the script and audio to plan suitable scenes and smooth transitions between them. Using storyboarding, I created a structured outline to guide the narrative flow.

Each scene was then illustrated to capture key moments in Mary's story, ensuring clarity and emotional impact. I used Procreate for sketches and storyboarding, and later created draft animations to map out transitions.

In the final stage, I added vibrant colors and details to enhance each scene's visual appeal. Adobe After Effects was used to refine animations and synchronize them with the voice-over, resulting in a cohesive and engaging portrayal of Afford Health's benefits. The tools I utilized for this project included Procreate for sketching and storyboarding, Procreate Dreams for rough animation, Adobe Illustrator for coloring each scene, and Adobe After Effects for finalizing the animation.
