Fox & Graham Real Estate Website | Framer Development

Fox & Graham is a boutique Houston commercial real estate firm with 65+ years of combined experience on the team. Always Creative designed the site in Figma and brought me in to build it in Framer. The catch was the property listings: their live inventory sits on LoopNet, and the easy path was to drop a LoopNet iframe into the page and style the box around it. On a site built to look established, that one page would have looked rented.
My role: Framer build, the properties CMS, SEO setup, and launch plus post-launch support.

What I did

Built an 8-page modular site on a shared component system, so new sections and service pages slot in without rebuilding layouts
Rebuilt the LoopNet listings as a native Framer CMS: 28 properties, each with its own on-brand detail page and URL, instead of an uncustomizable embed
Set up three service pages (Brokerage, Development, Investments) on one flexible template
Wired the homepage video header, scroll-based reveals, and hover states on the service cards
Handled SEO setup and a post-launch indexing rescue when the old site's dead /about-us page was outranking the new build

The motion

The brief asked for motion, so I built it in from the first staging pass. The homepage opens on a muted background video behind the "Find your place." headline, looping without ever stealing focus from the CTA on top of it. Sections resolve on scroll with quiet reveals, and the service cards lift on hover. For a boutique B2B firm, restraint is the whole point: you should feel the site is well made before you can name a single effect.

Results

First 30 days after indexing recovered (Framer Analytics):
154 unique visitors, 490 pageviews, 2m49s average session
Google is the top traffic source after the indexing fix, ahead of Bing and direct
/properties is the second most-viewed page behind the homepage, so the native listings earn real attention instead of getting skipped like an embed
Live on foxgraham.com: 8 pages, 28-listing properties CMS
Recovered search indexing post-launch (homepage was stuck on noindex while a dead 404 outranked the new site); confirmed Indexed in Search Console after the fix

Hannes is a great person to work with. His quality is fantastic, very organized, and so much better than most in his industry. Excited to continue working with him in the future.
