Improbable - Career Branding

For Improbable career brand, I worked on the concept “The virtual worlds”, to create a character-based illustration system, including the new set of illustrations, icons, guidelines and social templates. The design is used widely across digital, social and website, and recruiting materials. 7 weeks after the new website/social posts online, we had a 159% increase in unique views and an increase of 48% in organic applications.
