Our team at 01 Design designed Maestro, a comprehensive mobile application for modern property management, entirely from the ground up in Figma. This project demonstrates how thoughtful UX and precise UI can transform everyday routines into a seamless digital experience.

The platform integrates task management, goal setting, area presentation, and real-time communication into one cohesive system, ensuring that all interactions around property ownership and maintenance feel simple, intuitive, and structured.

To address the complexities of property ecosystems,  Maestro accommodates three distinct user roles within a single app:

Property Owners, who oversee tasks, delegate responsibilities, and track progress.

Family Members, who can collaborate, participate in household goals, and stay updated on shared responsibilities.

Employees, who manage assignments, communicate with stakeholders, and report task completion efficiently.

By balancing these roles, the application creates a unified environment where every user can set clear objectives, complete responsibilities with ease, and achieve shared goals without friction.

The design approach emphasized a clean, accurate, and human-centered UI - minimizing cognitive load while enhancing clarity. Each interface element was carefully considered to foster trust, efficiency, and accessibility, ensuring that users of varying technical familiarity can interact confidently with the product.

In essence, Maestro is not just a task manager - it is a streamlined ecosystem for collaboration and property well-being, reflecting the agency’s commitment to crafting digital products that are as functional as they are elegant.
