Design Sprint 1: Ideation and Wireframing (Week 1-3)
Kick-off Meeting: Initial discussions with the CEO and project manager to understand the project goals, target users, and business requirements.
Competitive Analysis: Reviewed existing HR solutions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Map: Mapped out the user journey and identified key interactions for each module.
Wireframing: Sketched rough ideas and wireframes for each module, focusing on primary functionalities.
Day 3 - Decide: Reviewed sketches & Wireframe with the team, selected the best ideas, and refined them into detailed wireframes.
Day 4 - Prototype: Created low-fidelity prototypes for initial testing, ensuring they covered all critical user interactions.
Day 5 - Test: Conducted usability testing sessions with a small group of users to gather feedback.
