Synerise is a company from Poland that started in 2013. They have a "Growth as a Service" platform with tools to analyze and improve a business. Their dashboards help with marketing, business insights, and revenue management.
As a Senior Product Designer at Synerise, I took on the task of creating innovative features for the Synerise application.
It was an exciting opportunity to apply my expertise in conceptual thinking and user interface design to enhance the user experience. I approached this challenge with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the new functionalities was thoughtfully designed. From wireframing and prototyping to iterating and refining, I dedicated myself to crafting intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
My duties:
👉 conducting discovery phases based on the brief and expectations of the Product Owner
👉 sketching user flows
👉 prototyping new features
👉 Research user's needs and emphasize the most significant needs related to UX
👉 designing Design System and reusable Sketch components
👉 cooperating directly with CTO, CEO, and Developers
👉 setting up design workflow (sprints, Jira workflows, Confluence design templates..)
👉 designing marketing materials ( ebooks, landing pages, illustrations, covers…)
👉 ownershiping and managing Design System team (UI Designers, Developers, Testers)
