Creative direction for a presentation and short film showcased at a high-level national forum in the UAE, attended by senior leadership. By framing the experience around an older citizen's journey, it translated complex AI-driven automation into a clear, human narrative, shaping story, visuals, and experience flow to demonstrate how government services become seamless, accessible, and trusted through a single digital platform.
