A doozy of a project that just turned its corner!!!!
I was tasked as CMO to help an AI-enhanced document management SaaS tool launch into its market.
The scope was broad, as all are with startups. But this just made the reward even better to get to and achieve.
My method?
1. Farmed 30 000 leads (10k US, 10k UK, 10k AUS)
2. Sequenced them in Apollo per time zone
3. Pushed out 12 GBP/FB/LinkedIn posts per month
4. Optimized CTA's and FAQ's on website
Outcome? šŸ„‡ The client ranks #1 across GPT and Perplexity right now for Document management systems.
šŸ„‡ We have received 14 purchases via our outbound campaigns.
šŸ„‡ Our thought-leadership and countdown posts have reached over 20k people.
My advice?
If you do ONE of the above things, it never works.. But ticking off all boxes so they all cook at the same time always does šŸ˜‰
