Strange Symmetry is a boutique jewelry business located in Singapore, dedicated to empowering women to feel confident and beautiful each day. They achieve this through their collection of high-quality, contemporary jewelry pieces that elevate everyday outfits with a touch of elegance and sophistication.
01 / THE PROBLEM
The client found it challenging to juggle her full-time job and manage Strange Symmetry's social media presence. Despite her desire for a visually appealing social media feed, time constraints meant that she mainly resorted to reposting Pinterest photos. She required social media expertise to assist in developing a comprehensive content strategy, creating original content, and scheduling posts to reach her target audience (Gen Zs, Young working adults), aiming to grow brand awareness, and drive sales.
02 / THE SOLUTION
The social media strategy was built around four main content themes: product, lifestyle, education, entertainment, along one-off big campaigns such as giveaways. The creative direction aimed to capture a minimal and raw aesthetic, with a focus on showcasing the brand's products in everyday life. This helped the target audience better visualize and relate to the brand's products while staying true to the brand's identity.

03 / THE EXECUTION
The content creation included videos, stills, and captions that showcased the client's products and engaged the target audience.
The still images showcased the jewelry in lifestyle settings with various outfits, making use of white space and a clean aesthetic to align with the brand identity. The images were carefully curated to showcase the versatility of the jewelry and to inspire customers with ideas on how to style the pieces, ultimately driving more sales.

The bite-sized videos were optimized for mobile viewing, designed to be shareable, and crafted to spark conversations and drive conversions. To grab the audience's attention, I tapped into trending topics, consumer needs, and pain points, creating a hook that resonated with the target audience. Each video included a clear call-to-action, encouraging viewers to engage with the brand and its products.
