Emagineer

Challenge: Emagineer, a creative building platform, was facing a major hurdle: an outdated and non-user-friendly app that failed to meet modern UX/UI standards. The goal was to redesign the app and website to attract and engage users who align with the LEGO demographic.

Solution: As the lead designer, I re-envisioned the entire user experience. Using Figma, I executed a full UX/UI overhaul of the app, bringing it into the 21st century with an intuitive and visually appealing design. I also built the accompanying website in Framer and integrated it with Shopify using the Frameship plugin, creating a seamless connection between the app and the brand's e-commerce presence.

My game design background was crucial here. I applied my knowledge of app store algorithms and in-app user behaviors—honed from years of mobile game development—to make strategic design choices aimed at driving downloads and long-term user engagement.

Result: The new design provides a modern and user-friendly experience that aligns with the target audience. The project is currently in development, but the new UX/UI and website lay the foundation for a successful launch aimed at significantly boosting user engagement and conversions.
