Take care lets the users log and journal about health issues and keep medical reports all at one place. Users will be able to see the frequency of the issues that worked, and what didn’t. Which will definitely save them time and money. Moreover, it will be a community-based app. Users can get connected(in a limited way) with people who have been suffering from similar issues and discuss what worked for others and together work on holistic approaches to overcome, prevent or at least cope with such diseases.
