UX review of a mobile app and website: findings to fixes

A booking business sees what stops customers on its app and website, and gets a ticket for each fix its team can ship, quick wins first. This is a demo built for one listing, not client work: the product, screens and prices are sample data. 5 app screens and 5 website pages were reviewed against Nielsen's 10 heuristics and 12 WCAG 2.2 AA checks: 21 findings, each pinned to an annotated screen with a severity and an effort rating. Projected on the recommended mockups, 4 key tasks drop from 54 steps to 31, failing WCAG criteria from 12 to 0, and 11 contrast failures are fixed. Before and after mockups cover the 12 most severe findings. A current-practices section checks 7 items, from passkeys and text scaling to Liquid Glass and predictive back, against Apple, Android, FIDO and W3C guidance. 21 ticket-style changes, the PDF report and Figma-ready SVG frames with design tokens come in one download.
A watermarked contact sheet with the full file list is linked from this page; the complete file pack is delivered on contract.

A heuristic, WCAG 2.2 and current-practices review of a sample booking app and website: findings pinned to annotated screens, before and after mockups, projected task flows, a ticket list in CSV and JSON, Figma-ready SVG frames and a PDF report in one download.
