A radiant cylinder
Forms halfway
Around my temple
In my silence
My Father is willing
To stretch
He reaches out
When I ask
A faint connection
Becomes tangible
I feel His grasp
His security
Oblivious in my youth
To change
His presence was around
It was free
My mind now makes me
Conform to standards
The presence of my Father
No longer constant
Blame shatters my heart
I know the truth
I want to be me
And leave
Yet when I cry
He answers
My cylinder is
Solidified
The uncertainties leave
When I feel the glow
My Father appears and
Silences the evil
I sit in His
Loving presence
And focus on my
Half a halo
