Terminator Reveal: Interactive Depth Component

I wanted to create a high-impact, interactive hero component inspired by the Terminator universe. Using a custom logic for image manipulation, I built this "System Failure" effect that reveals the T-800 endoskeleton behind the human facade.

This component uses 3 main elements:

The original portrait

The AI-generated robotic mask

A custom depth map for spatial movement

The visual layers shift and transition according to the cursor movement and the depth map, creating a seamless 3D reveal effect.
