In late 2023, I partnered with brand Dear Brightly to launch 10 automated flows using Klaviyo that spoke to the customer at every point of their journey.
I started by doing a deep dive into their audience & existing customer base, reading reviews, comments, and conversations customers were having on Instagram & Reddit about the brand.
I then mapped out the customer journey and the points where customers were most often churning, and created a plan for automated flows that would address the most common pain points at the right time.
