Molaya Bay is a pre-sale luxury resort and residential development in Panama’s Oeste region, conceived as a masterplanned destination combining high-end living with its natural surroundings. As an early-stage project entering a competitive market, it lacked the fundamentals required to be taken seriously. There was no established brand, no clear positioning, no defined pricing, and no developer track record, leaving no credible way to present the development as either a lifestyle destination or an investment opportunity.
With no clear structure in place, the project existed primarily as an abstract concept without a coherent way to be understood or evaluated. I was brought in to establish that foundation through the development of the brand, positioning, and a narrative-driven landing page. The work focused on defining how the development should be presented across key layers, from overall vision and positioning through to amenities, residences, and location, structuring that into a landing experience designed to guide potential buyers from initial interest through to lead capture.
The result is a coherent and credible presentation of the development, where the relationship between concept, offering, and investment potential is clearly defined. Potential buyers and investors can move from an initial understanding of the vision into a more practical evaluation of the opportunity, connecting the overall concept to the underlying offer. Framed at this level, the development reads as a credible luxury offering rather than an early-stage concept, establishing a stronger foundation for early interest and engagement.

Secured a franchise agreement with Marriott International for a Tribute Portfolio hotel and branded residences development
