With no clear structure in place, the project existed primarily as an abstract concept without a coherent way to be understood or evaluated. I was brought in to establish that foundation through the development of the brand, positioning, and a narrative-driven landing page. The work focused on defining how the development should be presented across key layers, from overall vision and positioning through to amenities, residences, and location, structuring that into a landing experience designed to guide potential buyers from initial interest through to lead capture.
