The best part about being a self-taught designer and coder is that I can speak to people that are not techy and make it digestible. I spent a few weeks speaking to the client to make sure the wireframes and UI met their expectations/vision.

I developed the logo to their requirements as well as the mobile app and website dashboard to manage the app on the backend. Completing this project just after Covid has helped increase the sales for the island. Many of their visitors can find the opening hours, amenities, and which serve gluten-free items. Not to mention which businesses are women-owned, indigenous-owned, and minority-owned.

Offering many other additional services within the app for revenue such as a paid event calendar and advertising locations.

With this project, 32 teens were involved in this project giving them real-world experience to add to their portfolio.
