Total Mortgage is a digital mortgage platform focused on simplifying the home financing experience for borrowers and loan professionals. The goal was to create a modern, user-centric platform that streamlines complex mortgage workflows while building trust through a clean, intuitive digital experience. We partnered with the team to design a scalable product that supports both customer acquisition and operational efficiency.

The existing platform presented complex financial information through outdated interfaces, making it difficult for users to navigate the mortgage process with confidence. Loan officers also needed a more efficient dashboard to manage applications, track customer progress, and reduce manual effort. The overall experience lacked the clarity, accessibility, and usability expected from a modern fintech product.

We redesigned the end-to-end product experience with a focus on usability, clarity, and conversion. Our work included UX research, information architecture, dashboard design, responsive UI, and a scalable design system. We simplified user journeys, organized financial data into intuitive workflows, improved application management, and created a modern visual language that makes the mortgage process easier for both borrowers and internal teams.
