My diagnosis revealed several issues with their application funnel. Their application page was asking generic questions that weren't properly qualifying prospects. Additionally, their confirmation sequence wasn't building enough anticipation for the call.
We implemented three key changes:
Refined the application questions to better qualify prospects
Added social proof elements to the confirmation page
Developed a new pre-call reminder sequence that highlighted specific call outcomes
