High-End Fitness VSL Funnel Optimization

One of my most rewarding projects was with a premium fitness coach targeting executives. They had a solid program and were spending around $12,000/month on ads to drive traffic to their VSL funnel, but were only seeing a 1.8% conversion rate on their front-end offer.
Through my diagnostic process, I uncovered that while the VSL was getting strong click-through rates, they were losing 70% of viewers within the first 3 minutes. Analyzing the drop-off points revealed that the value proposition was buried too deep in the presentation.
We restructured the VSL to front-load the key benefits and strengthened the opening hook while maintaining the same core offer. Within three weeks of implementing these changes, front-end conversion rates jumped to 4.2%. This more than doubled their revenue without increasing their ad spend. The client was able to scale their ad budget to $30,000/month while maintaining profitability.
