Generative AI capabilities rocked the world as a rising trend in all aspects of businesses, especially Marketing.
As a growing marketing automation tool, the Architect product of Insider aims to optimize marketers' time in their operational works while using the tool.
We seek various ways of providing time optimization for our customers, and the most time-consuming operations are:
- Journey Flow creation
- Segment creation
- Content creation
- Testing/troubleshooting.
With this initiative, we aimed to automate the first operations for our partners, by creating Segments and Journeys based on partners' descriptions by using Generative AI.
Success Overview
Launched a GenAI-powered segment creator that drove a 47% surge in user adoption. This ground-breaking tool simplifies segment definition, eradicating technical barriers for swift targeting precision, amplifying product engagement with unparalleled ease.
