Successfully launched and managed new product enhancements and an old-to-new technology migration for a SaaS-based white-label product company in Germany.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

⚠️ The product was good but not very efficient in terms of use, and it had many bugs in the system. ⚠️ A poor management system and no quality control measures were set in place. ⚠️ Poor professionalism and communication on the team's and client's end were major roadblocks in every execution. ⚠️ No proper working methods or standards were in place to sync the divergent teams spread across different continents. ⚠️ Clients were complaining about poor-quality products, bugs in the system, and late deliveries. ⚠️ Sales were not increasing but instead dropping.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱

🛠️ Streamlined their existing project management tools and communication channels and trained the team to follow the methods diligently. 🛠️ Set the scrum meetings with agendas for each milestone and delivery across all team members. 🛠️ Planned the backlog items and defined the tasks properly before giving them to the team. 🛠️ Implemented a solution-based approach with deep cleaning instead of quick fixes to prevent recurring bugs. 🛠️ Streamlined the efficient communication channels across the management team, developers, designers, BA, QA, and vendors spread across Germany, the USA, Vietnam, and India. 🛠️ Created clear and transparent formats to follow to get a better understanding of the client's requirements and reduce rework. 🛠️ Set productive ways of working, from requirement gathering to quality testing, to boost product quality and speed up deliveries. 🛠️ Created project plans with realistic goals and planning to efficiently manage their existing and new clients. 🛠️ Removed the impediments in the product in terms of user experience. 🛠️ Completed the backlog of items in a short time, along with ongoing development. 🛠️ Implemented a smooth migration from old to new technology to improve the user experience.
