⚠️ A large number of products in the catalog were getting difficult to manage with efficiency. ⚠️ The product's quality wasn't looking good on the website, and as a result, orders were not increasing. ⚠️ The team wasn't efficient enough to understand management's expectations and deliver the same results. ⚠️ Authorities and priorities were not clearly defined. ⚠️ Lack of planning and execution channels has hugely impacted the confidence of the team and other stakeholders.
