A German - Austrian renewable energy company was in the middle of a major transformation project—upgrading internal systems, launching a new product, and aligning teams across multiple regions. However, execution delays, misaligned priorities, and internal bottlenecks were threatening to derail the project.
I was brought in to eliminate roadblocks and bring the project back on track. Through rapid assessment and hands-on execution, I identified the critical bottlenecks, restructured workflows, and enforced a high-speed implementation strategy.
Results: - Project deadlines met with minimal delays - Bottlenecks removed, allowing teams to operate smoothly - Successful rollout with no disruption to day-to-day business
This intervention ensured that the transformation was completed on time and with lasting impact.
