Cafe Seventy Two already had its identity: a monoline mark that draws a 7, a 2 and a cup, a gold tab, and a day that runs from 06:00 to 23:00. The website had to feel like the room: bright, calm and quick to use with one hand in a queue.
We designed six pages and an article template (Home, Menu, Story, Visit, Shop and Journal) and wrote a full build sheet so the site can be rebuilt as a Framer theme.
Cafe Seventy Two, online: project overview
The homepage
Cut-out cups float over a sunlit sky while the cafe's day runs behind them as a ticker. A small chip reads the visitor's local time and names the moment: Doors open, Morning rush, After dark.
The full homepage, top to bottom
Four tints, one card
Each house favourite sits on its own tint from the palette (Sky, Travertine, Gold and Roast), with the product rising from the bottom edge of the card.

The mobile homepage on a phone in the cafe
Built for the queue
Every page works one-handed on a phone first, then opens up on tablet and desktop.
Five mobile pages: Home, Menu, Story, Visit and Shop
Six pages, one system
Every page opens with a tinted panel and one product. Headings, cards and pills stay the same throughout, so the menu, the shop and the journal all feel like the same counter.
Menu, Story, Visit, Shop, Journal and Article pages

The brand, made for screens
Archivo 700 for headings, Instrument Serif Italic in Roast for the second line, and narrow Archivo for prices and times. 28 px corners on every card and photo, pills for every button, tab and field.
Website colour styles and type scale
Buttons, clock chip, tabs, newsletter field, stats and product cards
The story page on a laptop at a cafe window
One layout, three widths
Designed at 1440, 810 and 390, matching Framer's desktop, tablet and phone breakpoints.
The homepage at desktop, tablet and mobile widths
Quiet motion
The cups float on a seven-second loop, the tickers keep moving, and cards fade up as you scroll. All of it switches off for reduced motion.
Motion: floating cups, ticker, appear and count-up
Built to hand off
Colour and text styles, breakpoints, 14 components with their variants, CMS collections and motion settings, all written down for the Framer theme.
The Framer build sheet
First pour. Last call.

A six-page website for Cafe Seventy Two, designed from its brand identity: a sky hero with floating cups, pastel product cards, a live clock that follows the cafe's day, and a full Framer build sheet.
