I have organized a number of in person influencer events, most recently a branded Omakase dinner which resulted in 643k+ tracked impressions.
Process:
In the event planning process, I had many responsibilities from location scouting to final production.
Broken Down Deliverables Include:
Location scouting
Event services scouting (i.e. photographer, DJ, etc)
Outlining branding touchpoints + deliverables needed
Event programming / activities
Curating invite list
Sending invites + communication with attendees
Brand partners involvement
Post-event recap
Social media BTS + assets
KPI tracking
Event Types:
Some event types I have planned include: fully branded private Omakase dinner, public branded pop-up event, Influencer wine night, Halloween party in collaboration with paper magazine, and more.
These events ranged from intimate settings of under 20 people, to full scale parties with hundreds of attendees.
