Food Innovation BTS. Hello Contra world! I am new here and may or may not be one of Contra's first Food Scientists 👩🔬 I was fortunate to begin with project leading nutraceutical food product development for Step One Foods and the Mayo Clinic ten years ago and now am just wrapping up formulation development with Zest Island who are looking to start production in the new year. Very happy to be part of this community and looking forward to all the successes on the platform!!🙌
