I developed a custom Make.com

I developed a custom Make.com workflow automation integrated with Twilio and Google Sheets. The system verifies that each message is an incoming SMS and cross-checks the sender’s number against a stored cold leads list in Google Sheets. Once validated, the automation categorizes responses into “Yes”, “No”, or other intent types using filters and routing logic.

Based on the response, the workflow triggers different actions such as follow-ups, lead qualification, or handling objections. It also instantly notifies the business owner whenever a new reply is received, ensuring fast engagement and higher conversion rates.

This automation system eliminates manual tracking, improves response handling, and streamlines lead generation automation.
