Header Navigation Redesign with Fluid Icons

I redesigned my site's header navigation from a text-based link navigation to an icon-based one. It was only text, showing several pages. Like: Home, Works, Thoughts, etc. Now, I changed it to an icon-based design with fluid movement and subtle animation. I think it was the first interaction design I ever did using real code, and I really love how the results are going haha. That's one of my proudest moments in my life.
