As part of a dynamic team, I worked on developing a robust website for 'Era Locums,' a company specializing in healthcare staffing. The project's goal was to create an intuitive and efficient online platform to connect locum tenens with job opportunities in a streamlined manner. Utilizing Webflow's powerful site-building tools combined with advanced database management, we aimed to deliver a seamless user experience and high operational functionality.

I spearheaded the setup of the jobs database within Webflow, ensuring that job listings were structured correctly and accessible.

To maintain consistency and real-time data synchronization between Webflow and Salesforce, I implemented a solution using Zapier. This setup automated the data flow, enhancing the reliability of job postings and applicant tracking, ensuring that both databases were always up-to-date without manual intervention.

After the design team finalized the user interface, my role expanded to include the implementation of more sophisticated functionalities that the standard Webflow platform tools could not handle.

I wrote custom JavaScript code to embed additional features such as dynamic search filters, customized user interactions, and other complex elements that enhanced the website's functionality and user engagement. This coding ensured that the website not only looked good but also operated efficiently on a technical level.
