"How do you turn medical anxiety into digital ease? For Cliniva, I designed a comprehensive end-to-end booking platform that bridges the gap between patients and top-rated medical professionals.
My goal was to move beyond the cold, clinical feel of traditional portals. By implementing a 'Trust-First' visual hierarchy, an intuitive AI-guided search assistant, and a streamlined 4-step booking flow, I reduced the friction of finding care. The result is a high-conversion landing page that feels as professional as a hospital but as approachable as a lifestyle app. From localized search maps to dynamic professional cards, every pixel was crafted to build user confidence."

Target Audience

Busy urban patients and professionals seeking quick, reliable healthcare bookings, access to verified doctors, convenient scheduling, and seamless consultations online.

User Pain Points

Long waiting times, difficulty finding trusted doctors, confusing appointment systems, lack of transparency in availability, poor user experience, limited accessibility, and unreliable communication channels often.

Color & Typography

The color palette uses calming blues and teals to convey trust and reliability, supported by light neutrals for a clean, approachable feel. Dark accents enhance contrast and improve readability.
Typography is modern and sans-serif, with a clear hierarchy through varied sizes and weights. This ensures easy scanning and a smooth, user-friendly experience across devices.

Problem Statements

Patients struggle to find reliable doctors nearby with verified credentials and reviews.
Booking medical appointments is often time-consuming and inconvenient, requiring calls or in-person visits.
There is limited transparency in pricing, availability, and doctor specialties across different clinics.
