We partnered with our client to design and develop a custom internal platform using Retool, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Workflows. The goal was to replace their existing, manual business processes that were heavily reliant on Google Sheets.

The new platform streamlined and automated their core operations, significantly improving data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. We designed intuitive Retool applications connected to a centralized PostgreSQL database, ensuring data integrity and eliminating version control issues that came with spreadsheets. We also implemented Retool Workflows to automate critical tasks, such as data validation, record updates, notifications, and approvals — drastically reducing manual intervention.

Our custom JavaScript solutions within Retool enhanced user experience, enabling dynamic form behaviors, real-time calculations, and flexible data handling tailored to the client’s needs.

By the end of the project, the client transitioned fully from their spreadsheet-driven processes to a powerful, centralized system that supported their business growth and reduced operational overhead.
