Piece of Glass: a modern Framer site for a wholesale glass fabrication facility

Design and Framer build that presents an industrial glass supplier as a modern operation, pairing editorial restraint with the specifics the trade checks first: lead times, certifications and tolerances.

Client and challenge

Piece of Glass runs a 40,000 sq ft glass production facility in New Jersey, supplying glaziers, contractors and glass shops across the East Coast. Flat and insulated glass, tempering and CNC machining are all done in-house. The category is old and unglamorous, and most competitors look it. The brief was to make the supplier read as a modern operation without losing trade credibility.

What I did

I did the full design and Framer build myself, responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Hero

Production floor video with an animated scroll ticker.

Narrative

A four-panel scroll sequence (advanced fabrication, digital ordering, trade-native service, precision work), each panel with full-bleed imagery.

What We Make

A grid for structural, interior and decorative glass and custom fabrication, plus an "Out of Scope" card that invites non-standard jobs.

Proof

A facility block, the founder story, and an FAQ with concrete trade answers: 5 to 7 day standard lead times, SGCC certification, ANSI Z97.1 and 16 CFR Part 1201 compliance.

Motion

A full-screen kinetic manifesto with line-by-line, scroll-driven typography.

Structure and search

Separate pages for services, capabilities, processes and mission, with SEO aimed at wholesale fabrication and regional trade queries.

Conversion

Customer portal entry for quotes and orders, direct phone and email, spec submission and a newsletter sign-up.

Results

A multi-page site (Home, Services, Capabilities, Processes, Mission) that reads as a modern operation and still answers trade questions in plain numbers.
Several conversion paths for a trade audience in one place: portal access, phone, email and spec submission.
