YouTube Thumbnails and Ad creatives are the greatest determinants of whether a video/ad is successful or not.

Because, contrary to what people say, they really do judge the book by the cover. If it has a "boring" or no cover at all, they are going to scroll past it right away, even if it contained gold inside.
