Travel Book is a two-sided marketplace app designed to connect travelers with local vendors in real time. I led the UX design process across both user types — customers and vendors — including research, journey mapping, UI design, and prototyping.

Travelers struggled to discover authentic local products and services during trips. Meanwhile, small vendors lacked a platform to showcase their offerings and engage directly with potential customers. Both user groups needed a streamlined and trustworthy way to interact.

🔍 Research Conducted user surveys to gather insights into traveler preferences and vendor challenges across different cities.

🧭 Define Synthesized findings into personas, journey maps, and a clear problem statement for each user group.

💡 Ideate Brainstormed potential features, sketched early concepts, and mapped out the dual user flow for customers and vendors.

🎨 Design Created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for both user experiences with a focus on usability and clarity.

🧪 Prototype Built interactive prototypes and tested flows to validate interactions, receiving feedback for refinement.
