McCone property website design This case presents a Dubai real-estate website direction through an original page-collage mockup and two long page previews. The design combines property search, featured listings, agency information, FAQs and team discovery in one clear browsing journey.
Put property discovery first A large property photograph introduces the page, with a search bar placed directly over the image. The controls separate buying or renting from location, property type, price and bedroom choices. The navigation also gives owners a route to list a property and visitors a route to contact the agency.
Give different visitors their own next step Below the introduction, three short cards point to listing a property, speaking to the team and learning about life in Dubai. Featured property cards then pair photographs with price and key details. This structure separates early research from a more specific property enquiry.
Support the listings with agency information The next sections introduce local expertise, available services and the agency team. A dark blue panel provides a visual break before the FAQ area. Ratings, prices, awards and agency statements remain historical content in the original screens, not results produced or independently verified by this case study.
Keep the premium feel in the work itself Restrained blue and white colours, serif headings and large photographs give the page its visual character. The layout reserves strong contrast for search controls and next steps, while lighter sections keep the longer page readable. The original mockup carries this design without an added promotional cover headline.
Scope of the portfolio work The material demonstrates website layout, property-information hierarchy and enquiry-path design. It does not establish live listing availability, search integration, mobile testing or sales results. The team and review content belong to the website subject, not endorsements of my services.
