After a big publisher company secured a contract to develop an application providing digital schoolbooks for schools in the eastern regions of France, they encountered infrastructure challenges after a year of production. With a looming deadline and a need to address these issues, they reached out to me for assistance.

Given just one month to build a reliable production-ready platform, our efforts faced an unexpected setback when the cloud provider locked and destroyed resources at the start of my mission. Despite this setback, I collaborated closely with the development teams to swiftly provision cloud resources for their application and recover the lost data.

In the end, we successfully met the deadline, and the client was delighted with the outcome.
