PAY-SENTINEL is a highly deterministic architectural framework designed to eliminate financial leakage in FinTech refund and payment automation pipelines. This document is a redacted portfolio version of the Master Blueprint, demonstrating how to replace probabilistic "AI Wrappers" with hard, stateful logic.

The primary achievement of this architecture is the complete eradication of "Semantic Drift" and False Approval Rates (FAR). By weaponizing Pydantic V2 and GraphRAG, the system incarcerates stochastic AI outputs within rigid JSON schemas, forcing 100% SLA and KYC compliance before any transaction API is triggered.
