I had the opportunity to design a full brand identity and social media templates for Blue Water Allies, a nonprofit focused on LGBTQ+ advocacy. The project involved developing two distinct brand concepts: the first was vibrant and modern, while the second leaned into a more textured, zine inspired look. After meeting with the board, they selected the second concept, which aligned with their core values and signature blue shade.
Alongside the brand identity, I designed minimalist social media templates to complement their new look, creating a cohesive visual presence across platforms. Although the project was eventually put on hold due to budget constraints, I’m proud of the work completed, including the logo and branding that helped set the foundation for their future direction.

Reflection:
Although the project didn’t fully materialize due to financial limitations, it was an enriching experience, and I’m excited to showcase the designs that resonated with the board. The process of working closely with the client to merge their activist roots with a fresh brand identity was a creative highlight.
