Email and Voicemail Overhaul

I started a quick one week email and voicemail overhaul with Caitlyn, intitally I was just test driving her abilities to then decide if we should continue to work together. I didn't end up continuing the contract on a monthly basis as she had completely overhauled my email and voicemail, organizing it and making it easy to see what's important in the future. I didn't even end up needing more than the initial week, apparently my huge clutter was small potatoes to her.
