Introduction
Design of Shopify application that helps a merchant optimize his business processes. Due to ReturnGo companies can retain and maximize revenue, by optimizing their returns and exchange processes.
My Role
I began my work on an existing product, leveraging my familiarity with both the product and its workflows. I took the initiative to implement my own strategies and recommendations aimed at optimizing and enhancing various aspects of the product. To establish a cohesive design system, I employed the atomic design methodology, which allowed for a modular and scalable approach.
In the process of adding and redesigning features, I utilized user journey maps and scenario-based design methodologies. These approaches enabled me to uncover users' goals, identify key behavioral patterns, and create a clear information hierarchy. As a result, I gathered all the essential insights needed to inform the subsequent steps in designing wireframes.
