I began my work on an existing product, leveraging my familiarity with both the product and its workflows. In the process of adding and redesigning features, I utilized user journey maps and scenario-based design methodologies. These approaches enabled me to uncover users' goals, identify key behavioral patterns, and create a clear information hierarchy.
